1. Can I pay by instalments?
Yes, we would require a deposit to start your insurance and then the balance can be paid by credit or debit card (under a continuous credit card authority agreement) over the following 9 months. A credit charge will be added to your total premium.
2. What security is there with the companies you deal with?
All insurers are regulated and authorised by the Financial Services Authority.
3. Protected no-claims bonus?
This will allow you to have a certain number of claims arising from your own error or fault without affecting your no-claims discount. This is not available on our inter-net quotation site. 4. Is there a courtesy car in the event of an accident?
The answer is normally yes, provided you have Comprehensive insurance, the vehicle is repairable (not written off) and the claim is arranged through your insurance companys' approved repairer (subject to availability). Certain of our insurance panel do not provide courtesy vehicles and this is displayed on the Quote Calculation page.
5. Are you a broker or an insurance company?
We are an independent intermediary. In accordance with the Association of British Insurers' (ABI) Code we are authorised by each of the insurers on our panel to arrange insurance on your behalf (subject to your meeting insurers' requirements).
6. Do you deal with other types of insurance?

7. Do you insure drivers under 25?
Yes, we have a range of policies for young drivers and, for first time insurers. We are able to offer (through our panel of insurers) 6-month policies which allow a 30% discount off the first premium (subject to no claims). 8. Does the price include Legal Protection cover?
Legal Protection cover is automatically included in all of our quotations. Legal Protection cover provides insurance in respect of solicitors fees to assist you in recovering any uninsured losses in connection with a non-fault claim (e.g. your excess or damages for personal injury).
9. Does the policy entitle me to drive anybody else's car?
Most policyholders over 25 are provided with this cover. However, you need to check your certificate of insurance to make sure you have this entitlement, which is generally limited to third party cover.
10. I've been a named driver on someone else's policy for a few years so does that entitle me to a no-claims discount if I start on my own?
It is only possible for the actual policyholder to benefit from the no-claims bonus but we can usually arrange an introductory discount for you if you are claim-free. Please call us on freephone 0800 0923 935 if this applies to you.
11. I'm getting a second car, so can I use the bonus twice?
No, the no-claims bonus is limited to one vehicle. But if you are claim-free we can offer an introductory discount through our panel of insurers.
